Department Introduction
The Call Centre Services
Program is a four-semester program within the scope of the Office Services and
Executive Assistant Department. A qualified labour force with the necessary
experience, strong persuasion ability, and high communication skills are needed
in order to ensure the development of the rapidly growing call centre sector in
Turkey and to expand its scope of activity and influence. In order to meet this
need, the Call Center Services Program is a program that provides service in
daytime and has a capacity of 80 students.
The Aims and Objectives of the Program
In world where the importance
of service quality is increasing day by day, call centre management is a
program that has the power to meet this need in the first degree. Service
quality and customer satisfaction, which are the most important elements that
determine consumer preferences, have become the primary targets in all sectors.
In this context, the department aims to train qualified manpower who can manage
the basic business process from production to sales in a business. The
department equips students with the skills to easily access opportunities in
globally operating institutions. Starting their careers as agents or
supervisors, the graduates have the potential to advance to mid- and
senior-level management positions based on their achievements.

The largest employment areas
for graduates are mainly call centres due to the characteristics of the
program. In addition, students who graduate from the program can also work in
public institutions and organizations.
